Lovely New Crystal

I just love how Mama Universe brings to me new things/thoughts ....

Recently I was introduced to a newer crystal - Gabbro from Madagascar.  It is similar to Blizzard Stone (although not the same) and appears to be the same as Robert Simmon's Mystic Merlinite (which is a trademark name).  See the picture below.

The colors range from dark indigo/black to a black/gray/white ... sometimes with green.

The description of its metaphysical properties are:

"Gabbro's metaphysical properties are very closely associated with basalt and the granites. It is a stone to give us strength of mind … it allows us to calm and focus the mind during difficult situations … it brings stability to our lives which provides for a balance between emotion and reality or thought. Gabbro is a positive stone which helps dissipate anger and confusion, and promotes a calm influence so we may see clearly any changes which need to be made in order to stabilize our lives."

I had the inspiration to use this crystal ... and bought some beads (13mm by 18mm) - indigo/black in color.  BEAUTIFUL!  As I usually do when working with a new crystal ... I tried it out in various ways.  This is one powerful little gem (in both meanings of the word "gem").  Worn on my body as a bracelet (recommended that one wears it on the hand or wrist), it produced a beautiful smoothing of my energetic field ... I now have this feeling of stillness - like being in the eye of a hurricane.  I can sense the chaotic energies outside my field when I am out and about, but I remain in the eye of peace.  Then I tried it in my guest room as a chi catcher/enhancer.  A couple days after I put it up, I went into the room and had the most welcoming feeling of peace.  Now, I've put one up in my bedroom and it feels wonderful.  Recommending it to my clients.

Anyway, I am suggesting that anyone who would like to bring some peace into their hectic lives buy some Gabbro (also spelled Gabro).   Wear it as a ring or bracelet to smooth out any stress in your everyday life ... and/or put a larger piece in the middle of a room/house/office, in what is the Center/Earth area of the Bagua.  This will ground that peaceful feeling into the room/house/office.  

It is really nice because it doesn't make one lazy or not wishing to work ... it just makes one feel peaceful as one goes along doing whatever work is there to do.  This is a real stress buster!

More Changes ...

I wanted to insert a little Feng Shui lesson ... because of the changes I just made to this blog.  Goggle now has some really nice new templates which make it easy and fun to change the appearance of our blogs.  In this case I ran across this and could not resist using it as it is so apropos to Feng Shui.

In Black Hat Feng Shui one uses the fixed Bagua Map (picture above), not a compass ... overlaying the map over the layout of the house/room/office/desk ... putting the bottom edge of the map on the wall/edge of the entrance.  In using it for this blog, I determined that when one opens this website, it is my entrance ... it is in the middle ... and the dominant energy I want to enhance is water.  I just loved the color and the water droplets that you see when you first open this blog.  And I intend to bring depth to all I write here. And then, while writing this I realized  that it also produced a feeling of "stillness" when I first saw it, so I hope that I can bring in a little wisdom.  And the "synchronicity" of the template was amazing!  Thank you Google - you are such Helpful People. ;-)

So, there is the total front edge of the Bagua.  Thank you Mother Universe!

Aloha ...

Well, it's been awhile since I was here ...

And there have been lots of changes in my life.

The amping up of the higher frequency energies has certainly brought about major changes ... a lot of things buried deep have come up to be dealt with and released.  One of those was our web site.  It took too much time and brought in too little in the way of contacts or interest ... so, we let that go.  Thankfully our practice continues to grow with wonderful new clients and customers of our crystal creations.

As for our private lives ... those too have been changing.  All that does not support us and our dreams are being stripped away (in one way or another).  And thankfully for me, using Feng Shui lessens the impact to some degree ... still the challenges come up showing me what must be released.  If I am not paying attention, Mother Universe brings me something more to get my attention.  After more than year, I am getting good at figuring out what's going on without having Mother Universe having to show me more than once (usually ;-) )

As I know and have experienced with Feng Shui, intention is a powerful force ... it makes whatever enhancements and changes I - and my clients - do when practicing Feng Shui much more powerful than just placing the enhancement or doing the changes.  So, think about what an intentional seed would do for your life and your world.
